Please don’t become a fitness trainer just because you think it’s an easy way to make money, or you enjoying working out, or because you want to be an influencer.
We have enough bad trainers out here ruining it for the ones that really care and spend an insane amount of time and energy investing in their craft.
For most people 80% of their fitness goals is nutrition. If you are ignoring your food then you’re losing the battle.
Weightloss and diabetes drug manufacturers are now being sued by several people because of its harmful side effects.
Stop rolling the dice with your health and invest that money into a gym membership, a trainer, and/or education.
Don’t be that person at the pool party with your shirt on. Get in the gym asap!

Cardio does NOT burn fat! Being in a deficit while eating ample protein helps you burn fat. So if you aren't in a deficit it doesn't matter how much cardio you do!
Studies show that people are 4x more likely to achieve their fitness goals when coaches focus on nutrition. So thats why all my clients get a meal plan standard. If you aren't tracking your macros then your running around in circles in your fat loss journey!
If your focus is fat loss you need to be doing cardio after weights and not before.
Yes you can do a 3-5 minute warm-up but you don't need to spend 10-30 minutes on the treadmill before you do weights if your goal is fat loss.
