Congratulations to O’Hara on being named General Manager of our second Boston team. Matt has been a top industry agent for years across both Sales and Acquisitions. Most recently, he has served as the Assistant GM of our flagship Boston team, helping our agents to not only grow, but flourish in less than a year.

Matt is an analytical, humble, and action-oriented leader. We can’t wait to see what he brings to this new role.

Prophet Homes is thrilled to announce the opening of our San Jose office, led by our new GM, Ian Christie! This marks our second office in Northern California and our FIFTH market in the state overall.

Ian Christie has been an acquisitions phenom since joining the team. As a successful small business owner, Ian brings over a decade of leadership and management experience to this new role. In his limited spare time, Ian is an avid cyclist and competitive ultramarathoner—so we know the kind of grit and determination he will bring to this team. Congratulations, Ian!

This team will be led by industry veteran and manager Jake Whittenburg as its General Manager. Jake has been one of our absolute top-performing agents since the company’s inception. He has served as both a Sales Manager and Acquisitions Manager and played a major role in developing many of the company’s best agents in our Top Office for 2025.
