Tigrilla Gardenia, B.M. M.S., Nature-Inspired Mentor, Certified Life Coach (ICF PCC), and World Ambassador for Plant Advocacy, empowers creative multipotentialites and nature-inspired professionals to confidently live authentic, purpose-driven lives in collaboration with the plant world. Tigrillaās multifaceted experience allows her to connect with individuals and broad communities to remind us of truths we intuitively connect with and have always known.
In our conversation, Tigrilla and I dive into her experience in the music industry, community living in Damanhur ā one of the worldās largest spiritual eco-communities ā and her intimate connection to the plant world.

April Coherence R.E.P.O.R.T. š±š¤
Reading: Iām not quite finished yet, but am loving Galileoās Error by Philip Goff. Not only is it such a great overview of historic philosophy of mind theories, but itās also pushing the needle forward in some really profound ways for consciousness studies which has been super helpful in my own research.
Eating: I was so proud of this lil charcuterie board I made for the Masters watch party my sweet friends Nicole and Eli hosted! It ended up sooo yummy and I think it looked pretty cutie too!
Playing: Iāve been binging all of Couples Therapy and am just obsessed with Dr. Orna and how proundly moving this show is.
Obsessing: I started going to beem for light therapy and infrared sauna therapies, and have been lovingggg it. Not only do I feel energized after each session, I also feel my muscles recover from workouts more quickly and my joints have felt a little less achey! And also, Iāve seen my dark spots fade more quickly.
Recommending: My Aunt Teri gifted me a NodPod for Christmas this year, and I have been absolutely adoring it and highly recommend anyone who struggles with sleep to try it out! Yes, it does help me fall asleep more quickly, but the game changer is how it helps me fall back asleep if I wake up in the middle of th enight! I feel like as soon as I wake up, I pop this bad boy back on and am almost immediately heading back to dreamland.
Treating: I had a beautiful and wonderful time at the Beltane Celebration event that I partnered with Amanda at Halcyon to put together last Friday. Yes, it was work, but it truly was such a treat. Itās always a treat to connect with like-minded individuals and to work with peopleās energy.

Thank you thank you THANK YOU to everyone who celebrated Beltane with me and at yesterday evening!
This Beltane celebration was truly a dream come true. Spending the evening in sacred energy, meeting like minded souls, and moving in Coherence are the moments that remind me of exactly why Iām doing what Iām doing.

In a world where meaning is a privilege, how do you create the life of your dreams from a place of safety, security, and empowerment? Pursuing Purpose is a privilege, one that every human being deserves access to, but feels like a rarer and rarer possibility.
David Nassief lost his job at 63 years old, just two years before he was set to retire. He believed he had done it; he was safe, secure, able to provide for his family, and just 2 short years away from finally reaching the mythical pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. But one day, one conversation, and everything changed.
As he took stock of his life up to this point, David realized he had sacrificed much of his passions and purpose for the perfect picture of success we have all been told about.
Now, David not only needed a financial plan to provide for himself and loved ones, but he knew he could not live another 40 years indebted to someone elseās dream. It was time for David to rewrite his own story of Purpose, and build opportunity through financial freedom.
In our current economic and socio-political world where systemic factors prevent so many from building a life of Purpose, where do we go from here?
