One of the biggest problems in disability inclusion isnât capability⌠itâs assumption.
By listening directly to women with disabilities and building alongside them, companies were able to create products that actually reflect real needs, preferences, and identities. Because inclusion starts with believing people when they tell you who they are. â¨

The speed of life is insane. Often measuring our days by what we accomplished that day (im a productivity w***e who needs to chill). Then life happens- it can be an illness, a loss, a wake up of some sort. Today was my first day back in my bed after coming home from the hospital and waking up with Kobi who had snuck into my bed sometime last night with my neice, Ellie. I felt so thankful in the moment and then did what any obsessed mom does at the end of the day when her kid finally goes to bed: look at every pic, hand, dimple of your kid on your camera role. For the record, when I type Kobi into my camera roleâŚ. Over 27k photos come up. And I have a hard time deleting any!?!? Anyways thought I would spill a little into whatâs been going on! love you. Mean it. âĽď¸
