Right here in East Dallas, our school pantries are serving hundreds of students every week. Kids can grab food and essentials without paperwork, without hassle. And it's 100% supported by the community!

Local families, neighbors, sponsors, and volunteers keep the Peace Pantry stocked and running. Our community is serving our kids, and our kids are serving back with brighter futures.

From food and snacks to daily essentials, these pantries make sure kids can focus on learning instead of hunger. Each one is managed by volunteer moms and stocked by neighbors, local sponsors, and donations from people like you.

🛒 Now through Tuesday, Sept. 16th, Albertsons/Tom Thumb has amazing deals on pantry favorites like snacks, ramen noodles, cereal, canned veggies, and more! These are some of the items we love to keep stocked for families. Just make sure you have a store account and clip the digital coupons to get the discounts.

Did you know East Dallas is home to a network of Peace Pantries—free, barrier-free food stations serving students and families across our East Dallas Schools?

These pantries provide shelf-stable groceries, hygiene items, and seasonal essentials to those who need it most. No paperwork. No judgment. Just dignity, nourishment, and community care.

Founded by Woodrow Moms, Peace Pantries began as a grassroots effort to support the Woodrow Wilson High School community. Today, they serve multiple East Dallas campuses and they’re 100% powered by local donations and sponsors. This event benefits Woodrow Community Peace Pantry , Long, Geneva, Mockingbird, Peace Pantry at Lipscomb Elementary, Mt. Auburn Peace Pantry.
