Fun Fact Friday:
Did you know that Uromastyx will “snalt” it’s when they sneeze excess amounts of salt. Because they get their water almost entirely from vegetation they tend to intake an excess of sodium. They have salt glands in the nose that allows them to sneeze out the excess fluid. It is completely normal and does not harm them in anyway.
This cutie is Damon, and Egyptian Uromastyx that was adopted from us by one of our lovely volunteers!

We have a big adoption announcement about Bradly the very funny and very sweet tegu.
Bradly has been adopted and his new dad is flying in June 30th, and driving all the way back to Maryland. Yes, Maryland ❤️❤️❤️
Once they arrive, we will do an hour or two of training, then Bradly and his new family will drive back to Maryland. Stay tuned for lots of pictures of Bradly and his new daddy.
