Teranap is designed for plaza decks, vegetated roofs, and amenity spaces where long-term performance is critical and access is limited. As a multi-layer SBS-modified bitumen system, it creates a continuous waterproofing assembly that can accommodate movement, manage moisture, and support overburden conditions.

Torch-applied installation helps ensure consistent adhesion across complex substrates and transitions. When waterproofing is buried, durability and system compatibility are not optional. They are the requirements.

Parasolo PVC KEE is engineered to deliver long-term performance where standard single-ply systems can fall short. By incorporating KEE solid-phase plasticizers, the membrane is designed to maintain flexibility and repairability over time while offering strong resistance to chemicals, UV exposure, and environmental stressors.

This combination supports consistent performance across a range of conditions and allows for multiple installation methods, including adhered, mechanically attached, and RhinoBond® systems. For projects that require durability, adaptability, and compatibility within the broader building envelope, PVC KEE provides a dependable solution.

We had a great week at AIA Conference on Architecture & Design connecting with architects and design professionals around the future of the building envelope!

From SBS roofing and single-ply systems to below-grade waterproofing, vegetated roofs, traffic coatings, and historic preservation solutions, the Siplast booth highlighted how integrated systems can support both long-term performance and design intent.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth and spent time with the Siplast team throughout the show. We’re excited to continue the conversations beyond AIA.

The Mecklenburg County Courthouse renovation required a roofing solution that could address aging materials, multiple substrates, and ongoing occupancy without compromising the building’s historic character.

Using a hybrid roofing approach, the project team created a system designed for long-term durability, compatibility across varied conditions, and minimal visual disruption.

Waterproofing failures rarely happen because of one system alone. More often, they happen where systems meet. The session explores diverse technologies, including SBS-modified bitumen, PMMA liquid-applied systems, and specialty solutions for amenity decks and vegetated roofs.

In Siplast’s upcoming webinar, we will explore complex transition detailing and strategies to develop clear, coordinated specifications that mitigate risk and ensure compatibility across multiple enclosure sections to eliminate technical gaps.
