Based in Dallas, WORKSHOP pushes the envelope on collaborative, multi-disciplinary design within the hospitality sector. With a fresh focus on multi-family and restaurant projects, we love to create engaging spaces that inspire a sense of community gathering.
6am alarms, coffee in hand, and straight to the airport ✈️
A full day of travel…boarding, landing in Gainesville, driving under canopies of live oaks draped in Spanish moss, squeezing in a dinner stop, then finally crashing at the hotel. Not glamorous, but very real.
These are the parts of the job you don’t always see, but they’re just as much a part of bringing a project to life 🤍

Our Uniti Montrose project is officially main character energy in the national convo on what Gen Z renters are looking for. From community-driven amenities to Insta-worthy moments, this space was designed to live well and feel good.
