We are 😭 that February is almost over and we are running out of excuses to eat sugar. We have had candy hidden in every desk drawer and cabinet this entire month. Thank goodness is a candy focused on with only 3 grams of sugar per bag! Wait what?! That’s right, we can eat all of the we want without the guilt! Continue to educate on the negative impacts high levels of sugar has on our bodies 💁🏼‍♀️💪🏽 🥳
