We’re teaming up with pelvic health physical therapist Dr. Kayla to guide you through real, practical C-section recovery — from scar care to safe return to exercise — plus an open Q&A with two C-section moms who get it. We’ll also finish with a short, beginner-friendly workout!

What is body recomposition?
Body recomposition is when you lose body and build muscle at the same time!
This happens when you strength train and eat around maintenance calories.
Beginners, women returning to the gym and new moms are able to achieve this 💪🏼
And this is why number on the scale is not the goal- body composition is!
Eleva’s first mommy and me class is Saturday January 17th at 10:00am!✨
Moms must be at least 8 weeks postpartum and babies must be between 2-12 months and must be NONE crawlers or walkers FOR SAFETY PURPOSES.
Mats will be provided as well as water and snacks! Just bring your baby 😊

These are some favorites for building strong, round glutes.
👉 The key? Progressive overload — increase weight, reps, or time under tension over time.
