Something my buyer clients often wonder is: "If I'm buying new construction, do I still need a home inspection?" The answer is ALWAYS yes! Even if you are buying a new construction home, you should still get a home inspection within the required timeframe. An inspection is not a pass/fail test and every home will turn up issues, but most of them will be minor.
