"Things that would have happened over maybe the next five to six years happened in 12 months…”

That’s the power of the TACA Arts Accelerator.

Past participant Aaron Glover shared how the program created space for critical conversations and helped formalize key processes — accelerating growth in a way that many organizations rarely have time to do on their own.

Now in its fourth year, the Arts Accelerator is a 10-month program designed for small to mid-sized arts nonprofits, that are at an inflection point and ready for transformative change. Through workshops, mentorship, and peer learning, organizations will build the tools, strategy, and capacity needed for a sustainable future.

Applications for the 2026–27 cohort will be open May 4 - 29.

If your organization is ready to grow with intention, we encourage you to apply.
