Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? 😭💖 Today marks an incredible milestone - 11 YEARS since Monic and I started this crazy, beautiful journey together! 🎉🥳

It all began on that fateful day, 07/24/2013, when Monic said "Yes" to working with me. Who would have thought that posting Craigslist ads would lead to THIS? 😂 From those humble beginnings to becoming the powerhouse COO of my company, Monic has been my rock, my partner-in-crime, and quite literally, my better half in business! 💼✨

We've been through it ALL, folks. The highs, the lows, the tears, the laughter - we've conquered mountains and weathered storms together. 🏔️⛈️ Every success, every failure, we've faced them hand in hand. And let me tell you, there's no one else I'd rather have by my side! 👫💪

Monic, you are the yin to my yang, the peanut butter to my jelly, the... well, you get the idea! 😆 Your kindness, creativity, and unwavering work ethic never cease to amaze me. You're not just hardworking and accountable - you're the very definition of reliability. I trust you with my life, and that's no exaggeration! ❤️

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and enhance our financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing best practices in accounting. Knowledge of US Taxation and payroll experience are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate insightful financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage the organization's budgeting process.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather information for budgeting and forecasting.
Supervision and Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support for professional development.

Internal Controls:

Payroll Management:
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits and deductions.
Financial Analysis:
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Provide strategic insights based on financial data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

Working Hours:
