features an on-site kitchen garden, using fresh, homegrown vegetables and herbs in their dishes. They also offer take home treats, including homemade cheesecakes and pies.

Texas Republicans are inserting right-wing religious dogma into the public school curriculum. Indoctrinating children with religious and one-sided worldviews is how authoritarian political movements push their agenda.

An Open Education Resources Advisory Board composed of qualified experts should exist to provide a curriculum that teaches history truthfully and accurately, not a version of history designed to please political leaders.
