Friday at Shuva Junction, a rest stop a short drive from Gaza where soldiers come to eat, pick up things they might need like toothbrushes or socks, all for free. This place is all donation based. Steve, Susan and I make a great team. Chiropractic, acupuncture and stretch/physio massage. Lucky to meet up with these two again. And happy to have David in the car to help in the kitchen and serve the soldiers.

A beautiful day with treating wives of soldiers and their families. A party for everyone with food, music and treatments.

Dudley had a gentle soul and will be remembered by so many people. Thank you for all your thoughts.

Going to be a tough day at work today without Dudley. But he passed the torch to Gravy, who is working very hard to learn all of Dudley’s tricks. He’s not ready for the studio yet but he will get there. 🧡🧡🧡🧡

A few hours after Dudley passed, we took Gravy for his walk. On the way back in front of our house an orange butterfly flew in front of us and landed on the street next to us. We stopped. It stayed there for several minutes. Then flew toward our house and up and away. I am sure this was Dudley telling us he is ok and feeling good and giving us his permission to carry on. Not a minute goes by that I don’t think about him. 🦋

This is Gravy saying goodbye to Dudley after he passed. It was a very touching moment.

Sadly this was Dudley’s last day of work on Friday. He passed away peacefully at home. He got up Friday after not eating for several days and having his lungs full of tumors so it was hard to breathe but he wanted to go to work to say goodbye to everyone. He was the most kind, gentle and caring dog. Dudley, you are officially “off duty”. You served your purpose and we are all changed after knowing you. Thank you to my clients and everyone who gave Dudley so much love. ❤️

My sweet boy, Dudley, ended up overnight at the hospital. He had a very high fever and dangerously low white blood cell count from the chemotherapy he is on. Only 5% of dogs have a bad reaction to chemo and he sadly is one. I picked him up today and all vitals are normal but he is on lots of meds. Hate the C word!

Holiday season is here! Have a great Christmas everyone

I always worried about putting up the mezuzah in my pilates studio. But after the tragedy in Australia, I will no longer be afraid of who I am. I stand in defiance of hate. Thank you for giving me this when I first opened the studio 16 years ago.
