I spent today at the Richardson Senior Center Health Fair and had a great time meeting lots of wonderful people and giving a talk on nutrition to manage steady blood sugar. It’s encouraging that so many seniors are really trying to eat right, exercise, and maintain a good quality of life in retirement. It’s never too late to focus on your health! 🥑🍋🥦🥩🥕🫐

🎉 I'm so excited to share that I recently completed the Restorative Wellness Practitioner Level 3 certification which means I am now incorporating blood panels in my practice, in addition to microbiome, food sensitivity, and hormone testing. I use a “test don’t guess” approach and blood panels provide valuable information to help identify what is causing health issues and guide our approach to wellness.

To avoid food additives you can't pronounce, just eat real food. Start with the basics, with quality proteins, healthy fats and carbohydrates in the form of vegetables.
