Just because it’s new doesn’t mean it’s working correctly. You would be suprised how much we find in New Construction Inspections.

I had a suspicion the home owner probably shouldn’t perform their own repairs. Found visual confirmation 2 minuets later.

Went from needing a repair to a whole roof replacement. Being cheap sometimes cost more than just doing it right the first time.

This is looking up at an AC evaporator coil. So dirty I couldn't believe that this thing was cooling at all. Found at an inspection.

I think these windows are past saving…..

Concrete professionals, this was a first for me. Wood protruding from the slab inside the garage. Anyone have any idea what’s going on here? Doesn’t look right.

Fixed is fixed, but this is why you should be very specific when requesting seller repairs….
