At our Tradepoint 45 West project, the shell building is now complete, and Trina Solar is well underway with their $200 million investment for large-scale production of solar modules. This will be Trina Solar’s first U.S.-based manufacturing operation, which will encompass 1,500 new jobs in this 1.35 million square foot facility. Champion and our partner Cresset owe a huge “thank you” to the City of Wilmer for helping us bring Trina Solar to North Texas.
