LVN - Medical Director Assistant

Compensation
$40,000 to $48,000 Annually

We are seeking a Medical Director Assistant to become a part of our team! You will coordinate meetings and assist in clerical work with our Medical Director. This is a unique position requiring a background in nursing with active nursing license but will not be direct patient care. Full time in office position 9-5 M-F.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the scheduling of meetings and data collection.
Plan and coordinate reports and cases that need review.
Work collaboratively with physicians to set up education and training sessions
Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures.
Denial and Case management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
LVN or LPN at minimum
Upbeat and energetic, self motivated
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in computer and EMR systems, as well as Excel, PP, and outlook.
