Barista Confessions!! An anonymous insight on our baristas’ minds 🩷
The baristas have been eager to share some one their thoughts…
Warning: this is all in fun; we love you all 🌟
Mercado Sin Nombre “El Ritual” is now our official espresso at Olmo Market. If you’ve been with us since the early days, you might remember seeing it on our shelves. Stop by and try it in a dirty horchata, latte, or americano.
We’ve always loved Mercado Sin Nombre. On a recent trip to Austin, we were able to visit them and got to experience it all over again. There’s a reason they’ve earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition. If ever in Austin, make sure to give Mercado Sin Nombre a visit.
We’ll also have coffee bean cans available for purchase, so you can take El Ritual home with you. Stay tuned as we’ll have other Mercado Sin Nombre coffee available.
You have to give them a heads up ✨

This symbol has been with us longer than we realized.
In our culture, the rabbit is deeply rooted in story and symbolism. It’s connected to the moon, the land, and the cycles of life. It represents intuition, creativity, renewal, abundance, and resilience. A quiet guide reminds us that growth happens in rhythms, not rush.
The rabbit mask is intentional. It symbolizes protection; of ideas, heritage, and community. It represents carrying ancestral knowledge forward while navigating the present with care, curiosity, and creativity. We move with the past beside us, not behind us.
Inside the mask, there’s a face looking outward. That’s us. The present generation, YOU. Always listening, learning, and creating space.
The curved base draws from the land and from coffee. The hills, the fields, the harvest. Coffee is part of our daily ritual, but more than that, it’s how we gather. Like the mercados and plazas our communities have always created.
This isn’t just a logo or a mascot. It’s a reflection of our rhythm. Of who we are and why Olmo Market exists. A reminder to move with intention, honor, protect what matters, and build something together.
Welcome to the next chapter of Olmo Market.
