Candidate for PA House District 120

06/18/2026

Last night wasnโ€™t just about an ordinance. It was about protecting our quality of life.

The community showed up in force to make their voices heard, and the message was clear: if any ordinance moves forward, it must be as strong and protective as possible. Our water, our neighborhoods, our environment, and the character of the Back Mountain are worth fighting for.

Thank you to everyone who attended and spoke up. When a community comes together, its voice cannot be ignored.

We've been listening since day one, and NEPA has been loud and clear: we don't want big data centers taking over our community. ๐Ÿ’™

ICYMI, we sat down with Capital and Main to talk about that fight and why it matters so much for our district.

Dallas Twp Data Center Ordinance Meeting is live now

06/17/2026

When some elected officials tried to cancel and reschedule the public hearing on data centers, Fern Leard showed up and spoke out.

The people of Dallas Township have spent months researching, organizing, attending meetings, and making their voices heard. Moving the goalposts at the last minute only deepens the frustration and mistrust so many residents already feel toward government.

Fern made it clear: transparency matters, public participation matters, and the people deserve a fair and open process.

Government works best when it listens to the people, not when it tries to avoid them.

Fern will continue standing alongside residents, demanding accountability, transparency, and a process that puts the community first.

๐Ÿšจ DATA CENTER PUBLIC HEARING TONIGHT ๐Ÿšจ

The hearing is still on, and we need a strong turnout.

Fern Leard remains firmly opposed to large-scale data center development in the Back Mountain and supports a moratorium to ensure our communities, water resources, farms, and neighborhoods are protected.

This is your opportunity to make your voice part of the public record and hold elected officials accountable for the decisions they make on behalf of our community. The people who will live with the consequences of these decisions deserve to be heard.

See you tonight.

This campaign is about one thing: making Pennsylvania more affordable for the people who actually live and work here. ๐Ÿ’™

Lower utility costs, property tax relief, and getting all the bad actors out of Harrisburg. This movement has always been about people before parties. We have always been about bringing the working class together and will continue to fight to create legislation that we can feel in our everyday lives. That's what we're building. Join us.

Dallas Twp. Meeting is live now

06/16/2026

๐ŸŽฅ Quick update from Fern on whatโ€™s happening in Dallas Township.

With reports that township officials may be moving to cancel tomorrow nightโ€™s public hearing on the proposed data center ordinance, Fern is sharing her thoughts on what this means for our community and why public participation matters.

No matter where you stand on this issue, the people deserve transparency, a voice in the process, and the opportunity to be heard before decisions of this magnitude are made.

Take a few minutes to watch and stay informed. The future of our community depends on it.

06/16/2026

Fern knows the issues hitting NEPA families hardest right now and she's focused on real, common-sense solutions that work for everyone.

Because the next generation deserves better than what we're dealing with today. ๐Ÿ’™
