How fitting is it that February is Heart Health Awareness Month? At Conduit Holistic Health, we want to help you support your heart in as many ways as possible.

Here are some easy ways you can support your heart health today:
🫐 - incorporate berries into your daily diet to provide polyphenols that nourish your gut and help support your heart
🥗 - eat a variety of fresh vegetables like leafy greens, hearty roots and other seasonal produce for dietary fiber
🚲 - exercise regularly, aiming for 30 minutes of moderate exercise like brisk walking, biking or pickleball most days of the week
