I have 6+ 1 bedroom/1 bath Airbnb apartments that are 600sqft within a few feet of each other in East Dallas. They never get really dirty and should be just a quick turnover, under an hour. They have to be cleaned between 11:00AM-3:00PM. Some days it’s 6, some days it’s 2 or 3, some 1. I have guests checking in everyday so this will be reoccurring. The pay is $13hr. After a month of good performance, you’ll receive a pay increase. Washer/Dryer is in each apartment. I supply paper goods, cleaning supplies, and detergent.

*Experience is a must

I have an Airbnb in the Medical District close to NRG Stadium. It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath that never gets very dirty and most guests only use one room.

I’m looking for Turnover service. I have washer / dryer, extra linen, towels, provide detergent, and cleaning supplies if needed.

It would need to be cleaned between the hours of 10:00AM-4:00PM

This would be just about every day, just depending on when guests checkin and checkout.

I’ll also be adding more units soon..

I can pay per day or per week!
