Installing this new micro-cement floor to this beautiful commercial showroom. Atria Titanium micro-cement, spec wise, doesn’t compare to the competition because of the polyurethane component that gives it more strength and flexibility without cracking like other products that don’t contain it would. Finishing up this beautiful remodel project for our homeowner in The Colony who is going to rent out his property. Ended up being a huge transformation where he took a lot of our recommendations and we can’t wait for you to see the final result! Stay tuned!!

Process rebuilding an old pergola for our client who is getting his property ready to rent out. It was a traditional shingle roof setup, which is way overkill for today’s pergola purposes with new technology. We will be installing a Polygal tinted roofing panel system, so we saved a bunch of weight which will last much longer and provide more light into the home for this client. He had a lean-to original design that we couldn’t stray far from without a lot more patchwork. So I think our updated design will be the perfect mix between modern quality and function. Stay tuned!
