Excited to announce our 4th project in DFW called Urban District 35. Situated directly on I-35E in the booming city of Denton, Urban District 35 will comprise nearly 450,000 square feet in 4 buildings. This business park will be one of a kind for Denton offering unmatched visibility and access on I-35E, as well as state of the art buildings within a dynamic urban location. We are excited to announce the upcoming groundbreaking of our 3rd development in DFW. Known as Alcott Logistics Station, this 80 acre business park will initially consist of three buildings, totaling over 1,300,000 Square Feet, along with a hike and bike trail and public park. On the heels of the success of our 5-building Urban District 30 project, we are grateful and excited to partner with the City of Mesquite on such a compelling development.

This month we celebrate our two year anniversary, along with the announcement of our 2nd development. Today we purchased a 22 acre driving range in Euless TX. Home of the former Cooper’s Golf Park, the project will consist of 3 buildings totaling nearly 370,000 SF. So grateful for this team that made it happen and thanks to all those involved that helped us with a great opportunity!

We are nearing completion of the nearly 1million square foot Urban District 30 project. Excited to have 1000 Bulbs and Elements International as tenants and hopeful for many more to lease space at this project we are so proud of.

It is our responsibility and duty to give back. One of our motto's and top priorities at ULR. In the spirit of togetherness and giving back, we are excited to announce our new partnership with the Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT). This relationship will allow ULR and its employees to provide meaningful financial and volunteer aid where it is needed most to charitable organization throughout the U.S. We have already been hard at work having provided over $30,000 of financial support to the community. Since inception, CFT has provided gifts and grants totaling nearly $2.0billion. Time to give back!!
