Our kamayans are our pride & joy, but our pop-ups bring us so much life! The pop-up game is not for the meek. We know our friends , , and can back us up on that. They are certainly a different type of grind. Especially for Tita S who complains about the late-night ones because she’s in bed by 9 👵🏽

But pop-ups gave us the chance to get to know our community and well, see if we actually had what it takes. We’ve learned a lot from them since we started almost 4 years ago 🙈

Our kamayans have been keeping us busy, but we’ll sprinkle a pop-up here and there. Keep an eye out for 3 Titas. When you smell our pork skewers off the grill, you know you’re close 😉

Bahay is excited to announce our very first BRUNCH KAMAYAN 🤌🏽🤌🏽 held on Sunday, May 29th.

Imagine.. an entire table laid out with all of your favorite Filipino breakfast classics 😌 We’re talking spam, longanisa meatballs, tocino, CHICKEN & UBE WAFFLES 👀👀 and of course, all of the garlic fried rice you can dream of. Brunch is a whole sport here in Dallas, and the Titas are ready to play 💃🏽

For this month’s Kamayan, we are beyond thrilled to partner with our friends who are not only hosting us at their training center in Deep Ellum, but are also coming up with signature coffee cocktails for the event!
