Meet Bryan Wright.
Agent. Appraiser. Drummer. Concert addict. One of the kindest humans you’ll ever meet.
Bryan joined 6th Ave in May of 2023, and from day one he’s been the guy who quietly makes everything better — thoughtful, steady, always doing things the right way. He’s the first to show up, the first to volunteer, and somehow the last to leave after helping clean up.
Before real estate, Bryan spent years as a band director, bouncing around Central and North Texas with his educator wife, Lisa. His life has been a tour of Texas towns, school auditoriums, and late-night rehearsals — and yes, he still gigs whenever he gets the chance. Ask him his favorite Rush song and watch him light up.
He’s also a licensed residential appraiser, which means he doesn’t just help you buy or sell — he helps you understand value. Renovation potential, neighborhood trends, pricing logic… Bryan brings a layer of insight most agents simply don’t have.
He and Lisa have renovated custom homes, subcontracted builds, and restored a 100-year-old cottage that even caught the attention of Better Homes & Gardens. Their newest project? A 1956 mid-century gem in East Fort Worth, fueled by sweat equity, Tex-Mex, and Shiner in a frosty mug.
And when he’s not helping clients or working on their house, he’s with his two dogs (Tucker & Lola), catching a concert, or behind a drum kit keeping a groove alive.
