Michigan Wolveraas is a cultural, competitive dance team dedicated to spreading the culture of raas to the students of the University of Michigan.

Michigan Wolveraas is dedicated to preserving the Indian culture through the vibrant dance form of Raas. We work to promote diversity and spread awareness of our traditions by performing on and off campus. We are primarily a competitive dance team that travels across the nation from nation.

We are so excited to introduce our 2022-2023 Captains!!

Thank you to our friends, family, alumni, and competitions for all their support this season. This season was a historic one for our team, competing 5 times and collecting our team’s first 4 bid points. We watched 10 new dancers dance on the stage for the first time, and saw 6 seniors dance their last time. We are so excited to keep growing our team and making more history and more memories. We cannot wait to see what you do this year!

A few weekends ago we traveled to Atlanta to compete in this year’s A-Town Showdown, and we are so proud to announce we placed second out of eight teams 🥈🏆 !! These were the first RAS bid points in Wolveraas HISTORY, and we are so grateful for this amazing group of dancers ❤️
