Attention fellow business owners! The Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Reporting Rule is back, and compliance deadlines are approaching fast. Here’s what you need to know:
1️⃣ Who Must Report: ALL businesses created or registered in the U.S. must disclose beneficial ownership info to FinCEN.
2️⃣ Deadlines:
- Pre-2024 Companies: File by January 13, 2025.
- Registered After 1/1/2025: File within 30 days of creation or registration.
- Special Cases: Extensions apply for businesses created between December 3-23, 2024, or impacted by disasters.
Why It Matters: This rule combats financial crimes, but it adds compliance tasks for businesses, especially those managing LLCs or corporations.

We’re thrilled to share this article from the Veterans Resource Center highlighting the incredible impact of ’s efforts. Through teamwork, generosity, and a shared mission, we raised $10,000 to support the essential programs at the VRC.
The Veterans Resource Center provides critical services like:
➡️ Day Center support, including meals, showers, and laundry facilities.
➡️ Employment services, from job placement assistance to skills training like the Welding Program.
➡️ Healthcare and benefits navigation, helping veterans access the care they need.
This cause is deeply personal to our team, as many of us have family members who’ve served or are currently serving in the military. Supporting veterans isn’t just something we do—it’s a commitment we’re honored to uphold.
