We are experiencing problems with our site at the Four Farmers grain elevator in downtown Nevada. We are on our way for further investigation.
8:50pm Something is obviously wrong with our power supply onsite. Tomorrow we will briefly take it down while we replace the power supply and add in redundancy. Also worth noting, it happened around the same time on May 28th.... hmmm, heat failure? -Jeff
Our tower on Main Street in Lavon is giving us issues again. We are on our way to check out the situation.
9:45pm - Just remembered to turn the phones back on. Try again if you need to reach us. -Jeff
8:30pm - Tower back up and running. Sometimes we have to reboot our equipment too!

My father-in-law (MaryGold's Dad) passed away today. She will be going down to San Antonio this week to help. I will be monitoring the billing line and other calls. Leave a message and we will get back with you.

Our offices will be closed on Monday May 25th. Tech support will be available on a limited basis and treated as after hours support (this does NOT include system outages). Before you call, please make sure you have power cycled your equipment (this includes the power supply for LavonWeb gear). Check our page and see if there are any notices, then leave a message and someone will get back with you. Do NOT press the "reset" button on your router, we don't care what your visiting Brother-in-Law or your family "IT" member says. That will initiate a "Factory Reset to defaults" and the router will need to be reconfigured!

7pm 5/1/2026 -- I'm totally spent calling people back. We received over a hundred calls (and voicemails) due to the timing of the outage and 98 percent of people were working. I only made it through HALF of the voicemails. If you are still having a connectivity problem, reboot (power cycle) your router, if that doesn't work, call us at 972.843.1882 and we will get you sorted out.
10:11pm -- We definitely had an outage today. It was from about 6:15pm right up till 8pm. We ended up rebooting our headend gear and then called our provider to have them reboot theirs. Waiting for what was actually the resolution. All services have been restored. You may have to power cycle (reboot) your router if you haven't came back online.
We have a system wide outage right now. We have been in touch with our Internet provider trying to figure out what is happening. We are on it!

!!! Network Maintenance 4/9/2026 !!!
We've just received a notice of a planned maintenance outage from our up stream provider. Please plan accordingly, phones will be disabled during this outage to direct customers to this page. -Jeff
2pm 3/15/2026 update: At 1:30pm we rebooted the primary link that feeds the Nevada tower and it seems to be working fine. We verified with several people that it is working.
We are investigating extreme slowness of traffic passing to and through our Nevada Tower.
Emergency Maintenance 3/13/2026 around 11:00am
We will be taking our Rockwall tower offline to replace the power supply. It should only be a few minutes while the system reboots.
1:10pm update: We got a late start to the maintenance. Maintenance went smooth. Power was removed at 12:04, power supply replaced by 12:09 and traffic was restored by 12:12. -Jeff
