Our corporate headquarters is located in Irving, Texas but we also have offices in Irvine and San Diego, California. JPI specializes in the development, construction, asset management, and comprehensive investment capital management. Developments include low-density garden apartments, mid to high-density wrap and podium projects, senior and workforce projects, and mixed-use developments. We are currently active in California and Texas markets. Since 1989, JPI has acquired and developed over 379 projects consisting of just over 115,000 apartment homes located in more than 141 cities covering 27 states and Canada and valued at over $18 billion.
