Here’s what to bring when you head to the county clerk’s office:

✔️ Valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or military ID)
✔️ Proof of age (birth certificate if needed)
✔️ Social Security number (no need for the card, just the number)
✔️ Payment for the license fee (varies by county)
✔️ Divorce decree or death certificate (if previously married)

⚡ Pro tip: Don’t wait until the last minute — there’s a 72-hour waiting period, and your license is only valid for 90 days!
