Golf simulator is progressing nicely. Once you have your process down everything is smoother. We developed our processes from experience. We get better every project!

Each method may have its perks.

1. Obviously doing yourself will save you the most money. However you will have 100% of the liability on you and it will take up time that most people don’t have. So unless you have the knowledge to ensure that you can meet code and build a safe and beautiful home this may not be the best route.

2. Buying land and hiring a GC will allow you to be involved in the entire process. You will immediately gain equity in your home as it is cheaper then retail prices typically. Cons would be the time and paperwork to close on multiple loans if you do not have cash and you are still liable financially for unforseen issues. Builders insurance can assist.

3. With a developer they will or already have purchased the land and construction loan. You will pay a non refundable deposit to lock up the home. You will have no liability and all of your time but you will pay retail price with this method.

As you see there is a place for each method. We are equipped to help you with option 2 or 3. This will allow you to have flexibility when you want to build your home.
