Helpful tips for tonight’s cold front…

1. Remove hoses from outdoor faucets.
2. Cover outdoor faucets with a faucet cover, insulated faucet sock or thick towel with a bucket covering it.
3. Allow indoor faucet to drip if it is against an exterior wall. (I.e. Kitchen sink, bathroom sink)

As you can imagine we are receiving many calls due to busted and frozen pipes. We are doing our best to get to everyone who has called for assistance as fast and safely as we can.

Our best advice if you have frozen pipes is to turn off the water. If you can, keep trickling faucets to allow water to move. When the temperature gets above freezing and you turn the water back on, make sure to listen for any odd sounds. If you hear any, shut the water down and call for assistance.
