Nearly complete The Finch apartments are leasing up as the final touches of the last of the buildings are completed! So few sites in Dallas are given the opportunity to design on an incline while being bound by greenery! - nice truck too!

The new Office Headquarters completes a functional and experiential circuit by consolidating once disparate verticals onto the headquarters campus. A new “connective system” is layered into the existing building, defining a tour path for clients and vendors through office departments and across to the new pre-fabrication facility.
A woven mesh ceiling system acts as a strong visual marker of the tour path, maintaining visibility to other building systems such as lighting and data trays, and overlapping into staff-centered gathering spaces, marking points of interface between different departments.
Topped by a translucent wall system, the typically utilitarian pre-fabrication warehouse is elevated to a showcase element with ample natural light on the interior and at night, acting as a luminous expression of the client’s work.

Striving to advance a patient-centered treatment model, Amarillo’s Panhandle Cancer Care Center envisions a healing environment that provides access to daylight, views of nature, and material richness throughout.
Organized into distinct department blocks, the plan offers vistas to the exterior along each circulation path as patients and the care team alike move through their treatment journey.
Like the escarpments of the Llano Estacado on which Amarillo sits, the Cancer Care Center provides relief both from the featureless High Plains landscape, and the challenges of cancer treatment.
A rough-faced masonry exterior gives way to an interior of undulating wood panel ceilings highlighted by clerestory windows that wash the space with natural daylight.

Our office has grown organically and to date, very complimentary. 2025 is filled with optimism as we’ve seen more opportunities than recent years.
Some growing companies seek out “experts” in X, Y, Z fields. We are seeking young, uniquely talented individuals who wish to improve their understanding of architecture as they grow with all of us into a Capital “A” Architect.
We are looking to meet you if your interest is Architecture, Design, and truly enjoy working with great people.
On the boards in our office today include; New Office, Renovation of existing buildings, Medical Office, Cancer Center, Sports Facilities, Garden Style Multi-family, Urban Podium Style Multi-Family,
Municipal Buildings, class-A and B office interiors, light industrial / HQ buildings and more. Each year we continue to diversify and choose to work with clients who choose to deliver amazing places, spaces and experiences together. Interested in learning more? Hit me up at [email protected]
If you are happy where you are but know of someone you believe would enjoy their time with Parscale Group, please forward this to them. “Like”, “Share”, “Repost” too!
Thank you!!

We have several new build projects being completed and the first client was for their new building located in the new development. A specific architectural expression was required, so we crushed those expectations! I was happy to deliver the first filled with sketches, process, construction photos and final photography to Glen and Robert!

Temporarily visible on the exterior, not feasible to leave exposed in the Texas weather - Cross-laminated timber (CLT) is a large-scale, prefabricated, solid engineered wood panel. Lightweight yet very strong, with superior acoustic, fire, seismic and thermal performance, CLT is also fast and easy to install, generating almost no waste onsite. CLT offers design flexibility and low environmental impacts. For these reasons, cross-laminated timber is proving to be a highly advantageous alternative to conventional materials like concrete, masonry or steel, especially in multifamily and commercial construction. Note the warm natural interiors of the Western Tech Systems future HQ and distribution facility. It’s gonna be beautiful.

Comprising both corporate offices and highly secure warehouse and refurbishment spaces, equal consideration is given to the experience of both workspace types. The staff entry is located along the same glazed frontage as the main entry and provides a large staff breakroom with views and access to an outdoor dining patio. An overflow break area on the mezzanine affords overlooks back to the warehouse space as well as the open administrative work area. Natural light is brought into the warehouse space through rooftop skylights as well as windows on the north façade that are naturally protected from direct sunlight.
CLT installation begins this week!
