Emiliano is an inspector with Element Inspection who inspects your house as if his dog was going to live there.

Here we have roof decking with a large hole in it. It’s always smart to look at the inside of the attic and roof area before you get on top. Any persons foot would go right through that.

Before an inspector leaves they will fill out an exiting page and leave it on the kitchen counter so the seller knows the condition we left their house in.

Here we have a shower pan leak. We plugged the shower drain, and filled about 2” of water. The thermal camera shows the hot water leaking out, and the moisture meter confirms there is a shower pan leak.

Somethings missing here! A temperature and pressure relief drain line must be installed to all water heaters!! ❌😳🤔
