Elitemed Laboratories is offering the additional round of vaccines to those 50+, as well as younger immunocompromised individuals. The vaccine and administration is no cost to those with insurance, medicare, or medicaid. The vaccine itself is no cost, and administration is $35 to those without medical coverage.
Due to current weather and road conditions, our Addison, TX office will be closed today.
The Boulder, CO location will be open today.

We offer Rapid Antigen testing with real time reports, as well a PCR testing with same day results Mon- Fri (next day PCR results on weekends).
