Moral contractors should be one call closing, because letting homeowners get 3 quotes is bad for the homeowner.
I’ll prove it to you.
Put yourself in the homeowner’s shoes: why would they want three quotes?
It's either:
1) They want a lower price
2) They want a better job done
3) They don’t actually know, they just heard that from their grandma 20 years ago.
Let’s break those down.
1) Getting a lower price is typically not a few hundred dollars off. They are hoping to cut your price in half. You know what kind of project they are going to get at half your price, so letting them do that is pushing them into financial ruin, and they’re not going to be able to afford you when their project fails in a couple weeks / months / years. Educate them on this, print out few of the countless news articles demonstrating horror stories from fly-by-night contractors, and bring those to the home when you measure and give a quote.
2) If they want a better job done, well, aren’t you providing the best they can possibly get? At the end of the day, it comes down to material, installation quality, and then protection for the homeowner in terms of licensing, insurance, and bonding. If you have all of that, how can they possibly get a better job done? If you don’t have all of that, well you know exactly what to fix.
3) If they don’t know why they are getting three quotes in the first place, then they DEFINITELY don’t know what to look for when it comes to choosing the right contractor, and they’re DEFINITELY going to choose based on price, which is setting them up for financial failure.
If you have done your part in protecting the homeowner legally, you commit to using the highest quality materials, and you actually pay for the highest quality crews, then there’s no possible way for them to get a better job done than with you.
97.682% of homeowners don’t know the first thing about vetting contractors, and they’re going to make the wrong choice based on price.
Be good to your homeowners and one-call-close them.

(CATCH: Must have at least 1 install crew to replace the roofs for you)
Calling Owner-Operator contractors who run their business from their truck without an office, and have at least one crew; putting out some feelers before I dive in head-first: Would it be helpful for you if you could have unlimited Facebook ads and lead followup for only $297/mo?
The ads will all be made for you, they will already be proven ads that have a working track record, and all you do is choose what city you want to get leads from.
Every lead that comes in will be stored in a list for you, and will be contacted automatically to make sure they're actually a legitimate lead. They'll get appointment reminders to prevent no-shows, if they no-show they'll be followed up with automatically to get back on the board, and if they dont close on the first day they'll get educational messages to remind them to choose quality, not price.
And it's only $297/mo for life, when most marketers these days will charge you between $1500-$3500 every month just for the Facebook ad management part alone.
If this is for you, please let me know. If it's not for you, no worries, I'm just trying to collect data.

Need help running ads in heavy storm damage areas?
CONTRACTORS, are you losing sales every month by mismanaging your communication process?
There are about 12 points in the typical home improvement sales process where contractors LOSE MONEY.
Are you leaking cash at any of these points?
CONTRACTORS, is your "schedule too full" to add anything new to your business?
It's definitely awesome that you're popular, but what are you really trying to build?
If you want a high paying job, simply "keeping a full schedule" will do that for you.
If you want to grow an actual empire, you need to hunt for great employees WHILE taking advantage of the current increased demand for home improvement.
This video will help you learn how to get started with that if you haven't been having success finding great employees to bring onboard.
𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒, are you STILL running your entire business on 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑑 𝑜𝑓 𝑚𝑜𝑢𝑡ℎ?
So many contractors are doing this, and whether it's successful or not depends on what you define as "𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬."
Do you just want to stay busy all the time?
Word of mouth can be perfect! As long as your great work speaks for itself.
Do you want to scale, higher more employees, and thrive during the normal "slow season?"
Playing the "waiting game" 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑦 𝑤𝑜𝑛'𝑡 𝑔𝑒𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒.
If you are against using the internet to generate new business, you need to at least consider managing your list of contacts properly.
Most contractors don't have the time to follow up with 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, including their previous customers...
Yet it's obvious that previous customers are the easiest sources of new sales and referrals: 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡'𝑠 𝑤ℎ𝑦 𝑦𝑜𝑢'𝑟𝑒 𝑟𝑒𝑙𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑛 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑑 𝑜𝑓 𝑚𝑜𝑢𝑡ℎ!
Having a more active relationship with your previous customers allows you to ratchet up the volume of referrals flowing in ON COMMAND.
This can be achieved automatically by setting up very simple automatic emails and text messages that are sent to your previous customers month after month, year after year, reminding them why they love you in the first place!
As your list of contacts grows, your automatic follow up continues to nurture them until they are ready to book an appointment with you, or refer their family or friends.
We're in a fast-changing world today, it's obvious if you just look around.
Don't let your home improvement business be left behind by not having the necessary systems in place.
CONTRACTORS THAT ARE GROWING, do you pride yourself on being "old-school"?
We all know the saying "you can't teach an old dog new tricks."
Unfortunately, not using the new tricks can force your business to be forgotten among all of the noise in the market today.
There's great news though!
You don't have to learn the new tricks to stay in the game!
There are now plug-and-play systems that bolt directly into your home improvement business, that handle all of your necessary follow-up messaging AUTOMATICALLY, to build your brand and reputation online, completely on autopilot.
Learn how you can prevent your business from being left behind, and THRIVE in 2023 WITHOUT having to spend a fortune on advertising.
CONTRACTORS, the standard marketing agency makes their profit no matter your return on investment.
You can get results this way, but it puts a lot of risk on the home improvement company.
With Contractor Scaling, we reverse the risk onto ourselves, and incentivize ourselves to produce high quality customers that produce profit for your company.
Whether you want to run Facebook Ads, Google Ads (PPC), YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, or anything other paid advertising platform, we will set up the campaign for you, all you cover is ad spend.
From there, you only pay us per closed job.
We take all the risk, you take all the reward.
Contractors, do you already have a CRM, but it's not doing all of the automations you would like it to have?
Most contractors don't have the time to build the systems themselves, and they don't want to pay thousands upon thousands of dollars to have it custom built for them.
Check out what it could look like if you could have all of the necessary marketing automations done for you as soon as you plug in.
Imagine how much money you would make if you were already properly following up with 100% of your contact list.
Contractors, are you STILL running your business from a 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑐𝑒𝑙𝑙 𝑝ℎ𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑛𝑢𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟?
𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏...
