1 russet potato
2 eggs
60g Avocado
2 slices bacon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Hot sauce (optional)
More Macro friendly version:
1 sweet potato (needs to sizzle on the skillet for longer)
6 tbsp Egg Beaters
21g Bacon Bits
60g Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prep pan Lightly oil a pan over medium heat. 2. Peel the potato directly into the pan using a peeler. Spread the thin slices evenly into a flat layer. 3. Crack 2 eggs over the potatoes and spread evenly. Lightly salt. Cover with a lid and cook 2-3 minutes until eggs are mostly set and the potato bottom is lightly browned. 4. Add bacon, avocado, and cheddar on one side. Carefully roll into a tight log. 5. Cook another 2–3 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted. Serve hot with your favorite sauce (hot sauce recommended) 🔥

Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
1 1/2 c almond flour
1/3 c chopped spinach
3/4 c fat free mozzarella (or any shredded cheese)
1/2 c shredded carrots
1/2 tbsp of herbs (I used parsley)
Mix all into a bowl and then scoop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350ºF and serve with your favorite dip.

1/2 banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
1. Add banana, oats, egg, baking powder, and milk to a blender. Blend until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into your prepared container.
3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top of the mixture.
4, Bake in the oven on 180 degrees celsius for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked and lightly golden. Enjoy!

2 whole eggs
6 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 c maple syrup (I used allulose syrup)
1/4 c Lily’s stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
