These are tools to put into their training in order to strengthen and increase ROM. In order to have a positive translation to the ice! • 1) Plank - Extended : Core/Shoulder Strength and Stabilization 2) Skater Squat - Unilateral leg strength 3) Pigeon Stretch - Mobility

As most seasons come to an end it is important to reflect on the good things that this past season brought. The big saves, that in the zone mindset, and the learning experiences. Even if the season did not go as planned, these positive experiences can help carry us into our off-season training to prepare us for next year. As for myself, my hockey career ended this year. There are so many ups and downs to this amazing sport that can’t be taken for granted. But one thing that helped my career in a very big way would be my off-season training.

Off-season training consists of on ice and off ice activities. I will be ramping up my on ice lessons this spring in most of the rinks here in Dallas. But for off ice training I do recommend . Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
