Spin The Spectrum
DFW based Non-Profit providing Inclusive DJ Classes for Autistic & Neurodivergent individuals of ALL
05/31/2026
If weβve been a little quieter online lately, thereβs a reason π§β
Weβve been building something we believe the autistic and neurodivergent community truly deserves.
Spin the Spectrum is officially launching our new Virtual DJ Class Pilot Program for autistic and neurodivergent people of all ages and all levels across the United States.
AAC users welcome.
Non-speakers welcome.
Beginners welcome.
Experienced DJs welcome.
This is not just another online music class.
This program was specifically designed for autistic and neurodivergent learners who connect through rhythm, repetition, creativity, music, technology, pattern recognition, and sound.
Using our SAMM Framework, students receive:
π§ Real DJ instruction
π§ Neurodiversity affirming supports
ποΈ Multisensory teaching strategies
π¬ AAC supports when needed
Some people communicate through conversation.
Some communicate through music.
We built this for both. β
Pilot participants will receive discounted pilot pricing while helping us expand this program nationally.

What if learning to DJ was finally taught in a way that actually honored how neurodivergent people learn? β
Spin the Spectrum is officially launching our Virtual DJ Lab pilot program using our SAMM Framework (Structured Auditory Motor Mixing), a multisensory and neurodiversity-affirming approach designed specifically for neurodivergent learners.
This is not a typical online music class.
Students learn through:
β Pattern-based instruction
β Music and rhythm
β Visual and tactile supports
β AAC integration when needed
β Real-world DJ skill development
β Structured supports that build toward actual performances
Our goal is not just to teach βmusic lessons.β Our goal is to help neurodivergent individuals build confidence, creative expression, independence, and meaningful participation through DJing.
This pilot is ideal for neurodivergent individuals who love music, enjoy technology, benefit from structured and strengths-based learning approaches, and want to explore creative expression and performance opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Participants in the pilot will receive discounted introductory pricing while helping us refine and expand the program nationally.
Please note:
All participants must use the required standardized equipment setup to ensure consistency and accessibility within the SAMM Framework. A buyback option for eligible equipment will also be available to help reduce financial risk for families.
Spots will be very limited for this first pilot cohort.
Families and participants from anywhere in the United States and internationally are welcome to inquire.

Makai gives his best impression of Mr. Jay ππ§
If youβve ever seen Mr. Jay DJβ¦ this is going to hit immediately π Makai studied the whole vibe and gave us his version and honestly itβs a little too accurate. The stance, the focus, the energyβ¦ all of it.
These are the moments we love. Joy, connection, and kids feeling comfortable enough to observe, interpret, and make it their own in the most hilarious way possible.
Weβre still laughing π

This is what time and belief turn into.
There are so many moments behind this one. Hours of practice. Trust built over time. A relationship that made space for growth. And a student who kept showing up. β³β¨
Sam stepped into this moment ready, not because it was easy, but because he was given the time and support to actually learn, develop, and own it. π§π₯
And when the music started, the room felt it. ππΆ
This is why inclusion matters. Not as an idea, but as something you can see, hear, and feel in real life. β

When inclusion feels this powerful, joy becomes the loudest thing in the room πβ¨ Last night at the National Autistic Association of North Texas awards ceremony, DJ Sam C stepped into his first official gig and created something none of us will ever forget π§ Sam has been working with us since 2021, and what we witnessed was the culmination of years of trust, growth, and belief coming together in one moment π He looked out at the crowd, saw people moving with him, celebrating with him, and you could feel it shift π« This was not just a performance. This was what real inclusion looks like when it is done right π€ It was connection, it was belonging, it was the kind of moment that changes what people believe is possible π We are so grateful to the National Autistic Association of North Texas for trusting Sam with that stage and for creating a space where this kind of moment could happen π And to Sam, who showed everyone in that room exactly what happens when opportunity meets support, we are endlessly proud π₯Ή If you have ever wondered what true inclusion looks like, this is it. Watch closely π This is what happens when people are given the chance to be seen, heard, and celebrated πΆ β

This announcement could not wait and DJ Snake made sure Marley the Frenchie helped deliver it πΆπ§
βCoutelβ is on the way π₯ Watching this update unfold is a reminder of what happens when artists are supported in sharing their work in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them. Creativity looks different for everyone and that is exactly the point. When communication is respected and access is built in, moments like this become possible πΆ
We cannot wait for you to hear βCoutelβ and to keep building spaces where this kind of creativity and expression can thrive βΎοΈ If you believe in that kind of future, we would love your support. Donate, share, and help us keep this going π

POV you ask parents what their child is doing now and they give you the kind of proof you canβt fake
This is what happens when inclusion is real π§ When communication is supported π¬ When music becomes a way in, not something to earn πΆ Families are seeing things they have been hoping for, waiting for, and sometimes told might not happen. And now it is happening in front of them π€ That is what Spin the Spectrum is built on. Real growth, real connection, and real opportunities for neurodivergent individuals to be included in spaces that have historically left them out βΎοΈ If this matters to you, if you believe in a world where all of our friends can spin, we would love your support. Happy World Autism Day βΎοΈ
We are celebrating with a brand new DJ Snake drop ππ§
Autistic creativity is something worth celebrating. Not fixing, not changing, just celebrating. There is so much talent and originality and perspective that autistic people bring into the world, and it genuinely makes everything better. The way music sounds, the way ideas come together, the way people create and express themselves, it adds something that does not exist anywhere else. Autistic people are really cool, and the world is better because they are in it. They deserve to be included, they deserve to be seen, and they deserve to be celebrated for exactly who they are.
Also just FYI guys this is the second time DJ Snake has given you an excellent bit of commercial marketing. How about unlimited credits for Spin the Spectrum and DJ Snake to celebrate World Autism Day. We doubt very seriously you will regret that π
Dallas Fort Worth if you believe in that too, you are part of this with us π
