🎼This particular release started off as a beat I created after watching The Black Inner City Hannibal Lecter aka Melvin Farmer perform a freestyle on the dark gritty streets during an open mic session. I heard the beat, created the drum pattern and added bass instead of piano and added a plethora of different synth styles, filters and overdubs of drum patterns to get a sound I could rap to. The lyrics were created About 7 months after I created the beat.
🎼Snitches and Biches produced by Tattoo Robert Jackson lyrical content was inspired by a few things that I witness on a daily basis and oftentimes go unnoticed. Oftentimes people are not courageous enough to talk about such sensitive topics due to backlash from peers or simply due to a misunderstanding of what’s “real” and what’s not. Or what’s acceptable in the streets.
☎️📞 illicit drug use by children has and always will be frowned upon and the people who take advantage of those young minds for ill gotten gain are rotten to the core and do not belong in the community. To say the least. So I put it in a song.
