Job description
Join our team!

We are seeking Business Development Representative to become part of lead generation team! We have a beautiful new call center in the heart of North Dallas. If you have the drive to succeed... this is a GREAT opportunity for you! We provide a full training program that will provide you will the tools you'll need to be successful! With just the hourly pay PLUS commissions... our Lead Generators average between $21.00-$30.00 per hour.

We are looking for dynamic business minded individuals.

Individuals with an entrepreneurial background who are laser focused with a creative flow
We seek those who want to generate Six-figures or more with unlimited earning potential
We want people who are goal oriented, and familiar with a commission structure
Benefits:

Hourly rate +
Commissions earned daily $10-$20 per lead
Sales Bonuses $30 per Sale

Responsibilities:

Execute numerous outbound calls
Research accounts to generate sales leads
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Utilize CRM and sales discovery tools to uncover new prospects to engage and add to the funnel
Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
Achieve weekly goals
Qualifications:

Previous experience with appointment setting, customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent verbal communication skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Shift Availability:

Full Time
Monday - Friday
8:30AM - 4:30PM
NO Nights or Weekends
Major holidays off

Salary: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
