Freedom of Reproductive Rights

Our founding fathers, in their wisdom, granted us the freedom of speech—a right to express ourselves openly, a liberty that flows from our very mouths. Yet, how is it that the freedom to govern our own bodies, the most intimate and personal of all rights, was overlooked?

I can't help but wonder: if they had a crystal ball 🔮 and saw the challenges of today, would they have expanded their vision of freedom to include the right to choose what happens to our own bodies? I believe they would have, recognizing that true freedom encompasses not only our words but also our right to bodily autonomy.

It's time we acknowledge that this missing freedom is as essential as the right to speak, and fight for a future where reproductive rights are respected and protected.

I heard stories that my great-grandma who had 13 kids, would stay in bed for the 40 days. She was cared for by her family only getting up to self-care, and the baby would be brought to her to feed. She lived to be 93 when she passed away back in 1993.

A mother was never alone in the past, women would help the new mom. Let's bring back more of this! A group of women wanting better for everyone is so powerful!
