At Project PRC, we believe affordable housing shouldn’t depend on government programs—it should begin with community.
That’s why we’re proud to announce the Project PRC Rent Subsidy Program — a private, community-driven solution designed to make housing affordable and stable for students and working families.
This program is exclusive to properties owned and operated by Project PRC, where we partner with universities and municipalities to create safe, affordable communities.
Here’s how it works:
🔹 Project PRC develops or acquires student, affordable, or workforce housing in partnership with local institutions.
🔹 We collaborate with local communities, businesses, and donors to fund rent subsidies for residents in need.
🔹 These subsidies directly offset rent, helping first-generation students, at-risk students, and essential workers stay securely housed as they pursue their future.
Our mission is simple — to provide safe, affordable housing that empowers people to grow, learn, and contribute to their communities.
