It was an honor to represent you on the sale of 11314 Cox Lane. What an epic home it was. The love and the memories are something I’ll always cherish! 19 years of calling this place home- it’s heartbreaking to say goodbye.
Thank you for creating a space of true understanding while growing up. I will never take that for granted.
Everyone who walked in knew it was something special. Even the movers on the way out were like “wow this is sick”. From the garage shop to the upstairs rooms you built, Dad, you are truly incredible. I hope I can be as creative and inspiring to my kids as you are to us. Like what kid can say they had monkey bars in their bedroom?! Haha
I’m going to miss this chapter of life but cannot wait to see what you guys do next. Cheers to the future and cheers to having the best party house ever! All love, always. 😭🏠♥️

Congratulations to Amanda and Derek!
I met this sweet couple in September and it has been such a pleasure assisting them with their first home.
I was able to negotiate $5k in seller concessions and $9k off of the list price AND the seller paid for a new roof/gutters! I’m so glad they were able to take advantage of the market. With homes sitting a little bit longer over the holidays we were able to negotiate the $14k in savings for them for a move in ready home!
