💫That is why we are launching M.E.S.A. Latina (Making Equity & Support Accessible).

We are building a temporary summer panel of professional nannies and newborn care specialists (NCS) to work alongside our Board of Directors. Together, we will look at our processes with an honest eye, identify hidden hurdles, and ensure no nanny automatically counts themselves out of getting help.

One trend we have seen in the past that still continues in grant applications is the ongoing challenge of accessing mental health support.

Even nannies with insurance are struggling to afford therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, and other services.

As an industry, we need to keep talking about mental health and finding ways to make support more accessible.
