a cozy little 3.5 minute vlog for my fellow long form video lovers ☕️🤎 morning after shooting a wedding at 6 months pregnant, trying a new coffee spot, chatting about life + getting ready for the 5.5 hour drive home 🥹

I’m a youtube girl at heart so I will forever love a long, chatty vlog hahaha. there’s just something so comforting about propping someone’s vlog up while I’m editing, cleaning, getting ready, literally anything 😂 so here’s one for you to prop up too

Cooking meals that actually sound good while pregnant 🍸🤎✨

CREAMY BAKED TORTELLINI LASAGNA 🍝🤎

Such an easy weeknight dinner and SO good!! I combined two recipes I found to make this one 🫶🏼

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
32 oz marinara sauce
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
⅔ cup heavy cream
24 oz tortellini
8 oz shredded mozzarella

Ricotta topping:

1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion until softened, then add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
3. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning and heavy cream. Add the tortellini and stir until everything is coated. Top with the 8 oz shredded mozzarella.
4. Cover the skillet with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
5. While it bakes, mix together the ricotta, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, garlic salt and black pepper.
6. Remove the skillet from the oven and uncover. Add dollops of the ricotta mixture all over the top.
7. Broil on HIGH for 3–4 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.

Serve hot & enjoy!! 🤌🏼🍝

Save this for your next easy dinner night 🤎
