Chapman Calligraphy

The personalized gifting experience starts long before the actual event.

A successful event begins with a conversation:
What is the purpose of the event?
Tell me about the guests.
How much time will we have to work on items?
What type of gift will feel meaningful to the guests and align with your brand and budget?

From there, we build your custom quote that includes selecting the perfect item, personalization technique, staffing, station, layout and flow, and options to elevate the experience even more.

Thoughtful planning and organization allow the client to feel confident about the experience while guests get to enjoy the result.

We recently created custom leather items for attendees at a corporate conference cocktail hour and a convention booth. We love connecting with guests while personalizing their items. They’re always grateful to the host for offering this opportunity.

Live personalization is more than adding a name. It’s creating an experience that guests remember.

When I first started doing calligraphy, I didn’t have these on my bingo card. Yet, here we are.

At this point, “Can you personalize this?” Sounds a lot like a challenge. And apparently, I’m not very good at saying no.

Your turn, what should I personalize next? The more ridiculous the better.

The personalized item may be what they take home. But the experience is what they remember.

A beautiful item. Their name or initial added by hand. A few moments watching it come to life. And suddenly, a corporate gift feels a whole lot more personal.

That’s my favorite part of what I do.

Fall and holiday events are already filling my calendar, and I have some really fun personalization experiences in the works.

What would you want personalized if you were a guest?

You don't need an event to make it personal.

Martini glasses for the newlyweds.
A decanter for the impossible-to-shop-for person.
A beautiful piece to mark a milestone.

Weddings. Holidays. Hostess gifts. Corporate gifts. Or simply "I saw this and thought of you."

Hand-engraved in my studio, because "just because" might be the best reason of all.

Our clients can't get enough of these gorgeous leather tags. This studio order features a calligraphy initial burned into the leather. Perfect for luggage, pet travel carriers, backpacks, wedding favors, and more!

Obsessed with how this engraved w**e stopper turned out.
Can we make this happen at an event? Who wants to be first?
Fair warning...my December dates are disappearing quickly!

For the guys who appreciate simple style and craftsmanship.

Navy YETI tumblers with understated script initials. Pocket knives with clean personalization. No over design, just timeless pieces elegantly engraved.

These groomsmen’s gifts came through my studio recently, and I love the classic results.
