The imperfections are there and are highly noticeable. On this day of thanks I’m truly thankful for my family who for the last year have had to deal with my constant fears of anxiety and constant tears being shed over the continuous fear of the uncertainty. I owe not just myself but you to become the best version of me not just physically but mentally as well. I’m thankful for my work family who have treated me as such in the 3 months I’ve been there when they didn’t have to. I’m thankful for being healthy enough to get better physically. I’m thankful for LIFE.

So one of my favorite coworkers pointed out that I only record my upper body and she is absolutely right another thing I love about my job. I’m one of the people who doesn’t like hitting legs cause it hurts and me being bigger certain things aren’t comfortable. BUT it has to get done. Thank you fam for setting me up for success. My movements aren’t perfect but practice makes perfect and we will continue to push for it. #2025

I don’t record for content I record for ACCOUNTABILITY. I’ve tried for years to be consistent in the gym and I always end up failing. This just feels different. Now that I’m working at a gym and so far the battles with HEALTH ANXIETY have perished for the time being I need to control what I can control and take ACCOUNTABILITY for my health and not just for me but for my family. #2026 #

Thank you for listening. The last 7 months while on the outside I look like me. I definitely don’t feel like me. People expect a certain perception of me 24/7. The term you’ve changed tends to be a popular theme. Sometimes it’s easier to block the outside noises and pay attention to the details surrounding your life.
